The synopsis of project
The ERUN series water quality analysis and testing instrument of recirculating cooling water system in chemical palnt developed and produced by Erun Group is a solution designed in accordance with the GB50648. The chemical process cooling water quality testing instrument is suitable for testing the water quality of chemical industry recirculating cooling water using indirect open cooling systems, indirect closed cooling systems, direct open cooling systems in petrochemical, agricultural chemical, chemical pharmaceutical, polymer, coating, oil and fat, plastic, synthetic fiber, rubber, pharmaceuticals and other chemical industries. The main parameters that can be tested by chemical industry recirculating water quality analyzer include pH, conductivity, turbidity, suspended solids, total hardness, total alkalinity, chloride ions, iron, copper, ammonia nitrogen, COD, heterotrophic bacteria, oil, total phosphorus, residual chlorine, etc.

1、The analysis of oil content is determined based on the specific situation of the indirect open cooling system in the refining unit.

2、The analysis of total phosphorus is applicable to phosphorus based formulation systems.

3、The analysis of Cu2+ and ammonia nitrogen is only used for copper heat exchanger systems.

4、The analysis of COD is applicable to systems that use recycled water as supplementary water or are prone to material leakage, and the analysis frequency can be appropriately increased based on changes in the water quality of the recycled water.

5、The testing method for the amount of biological sludge is the biological filter method, and the direct open cooling system does not need to be detected.
