With ERUN-ST-MU97 desktop multi-parameter water quality detector developed and produced by Erun, the boiler water phosphate detection methods and steps are explained in detail.

First, phosphate reagent 1: take 1 small package of reagent in a small beaker, remove 5.0mL distilled water for dissolution, refrigerate in 2-8℃ refrigerator, if the solution changes color, can not be used.

1. Preparation of the blank samples

Place 5.0mL of distilled water in a clean special colorimetric tube, add 0.2mL of reagent (I), add 0.6mL of reagent (II), add 10.0mL of distilled water, shake well, and stand for color at room temperature for 15min.

2. Preparation of the samples

When the phosphate concentration is (phosphate _L) 0.01 ~ 10.0mg/L: take 5.0mL of sample to be tested in the cleaned special colorimetric tube, add 0.2mL reagent (1), add 0.6 mL of reagent (2), add distilled water 10.0mL, plug shake well, stand color at room temperature for 15min, and test on the machine.

When the phosphate concentration is (phosphate _H)10.0~50.00mg/L: take 1.0mL sample to be tested in the cleaned special colorimetric tube, add 4.0ml of distilled water, add 0.2mL reagent (1), add 0.6 mL reagent (2), add distilled water 10.0mL, shake well, stand static color at room temperature for 15min, and test on the machine.

3. Equipment boot

Connect the power cord and turn on the switch.

4. Blank measurement

Under the main menu, click "Curve Selection" and select the corresponding curve. Then wipe the blank to be tested, will Put the colorimetric tube into the colorimetric hole, under the main menu, click the "blank measurement" item, after the light absorption value is stable, press " Yes Recognition " key to confirm, the instrument automatically adjust zero.

5. Sample measurement

Wipe the sample color tube and put it in the color hole. Under the main menu, click "Sample Measurement" item for the instrument Enter the sample measurement interface and directly display the phosphate concentration value (mg/L).

6. After the testing is completed

After the measurement is completed, clean the colorlet tube and dry for later use. Shutdown the device and disconnect the power supply.

7. Principle of measurement

In an acidic medium, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium mololybdate to generate phosphomolybdenum heteropolylate, which is then reduced to a blue complex by the reducing agent and colorimetric by spectroscopy.
