The portable hexavalent chromium detector ERUN-80-H3 developed and produced by Xi 'an Erun Environmental Protection is a kind of equipment for the rapid determination of hexavalent chromium content in water samples on site. It is designed and developed based on the national standard method of diphenylcarbamide dihydrazine spectrophotometry. Dibenzoyldihydrazine (DPC) is usually used to react with hexavalent chromium in a water sample to form a purple-red compound, and then its absorbance is determined by spectrophotometry at a specific wavelength (such as 540nm or 545nm), thus calculating the concentration of hexavalent chromium. The portable hexavalent chromium analyzer is widely used for the determination of hexavalent chromium in surface water, industrial wastewater, aquaculture water, drinking water, swimming pool water and other water quality.
